Shamsnaz Virani Bhada received a Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama, Huntsville in 2008. She is an Assistant Professor in the Systems Engineering Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Her research interests include applying Model-Based Engineering philosophy to safety analysis as well as policy modeling and digitization.
