The Systems Council Cooperation Committee is composed of two broad committees, the IEEE Entities Cooperation Committee, and the Non-IEEE Entities Cooperation Committee. Each of these has subcommittees. The purpose of these committees is to develop and improve cooperation and communication with stakeholders inside and outside the IEEE.

IEEE Entities Cooperation Committee
The IEEE Entities Cooperation Committee is a member services group whose purpose is to stimulate cooperation between Systems Council, Member Societies, Participants, and other IEEE entities. The committee engages with all IEEE organizational units to identify, communicate, and facilitate opportunities for those interested in systems engineering to benefit from relevant professional activities.

The Non-IEEE Entities Cooperation Committee is a member services group whose purpose is to stimulate cooperation between Systems Council and entities outside of IEEE including Systems Societies, Systems Research Centers, Governments, and Universities. The committee engages with these organizations to identify, communicate, and facilitate opportunities for those interested in systems engineering.
