About the Speaker

Mei Lin Fung is a globally recognized leader in digital transformation and a pioneer in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She is Co-Chair of the People-Centered Internet with Vint Cerf and has contributed to initiatives at the World Economic Forum, World Bank, and IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee. With experience at organizations like Intel, Oracle, Microsoft, and Avaya, she has driven impactful innovations in social impact, digital economy, and healthcare systems worldwide.
