Harivardhagini is deeply committed to advancing Women's Education and Empowerment through inclusive learning ecosystems, leadership development, and technology-driven opportunities, with over 23 years of experience in academia, research, and innovation, and a consistent focus on bridging gender gaps in STEM education, research participation, and professional advancement. Her vision is to create a scalable, globally connected framework that empowers women and girls across educational, experienced, and socio- economic dimensions. Voting member of the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group (2025), Chair of the IEEE SSIT Chapters Committee, Technical Activities Chair in IEEE Smart Cities, and a global IEEE volunteer to design impactful programs that integrate education, innovation, and leadership development for women.
