CHAO-YANG CHEN (M'16) received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2014. He was a Post-Doctoral with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Central South University, Changsha, China, from 2015 to 2017. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Center for Polymer Studies and Department of Physics, Boston University, Boston, MA, USA, from 2018 to 2019. He is currently the Director of the Institute of Complex Systems Analysis and Control and an Associate Professor with the School of Information and Electrical Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan, China, and his current research interests include networked systems, complex networks, and multiagent systems, robust control, and their related applications.
