Saminah graduated with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Dallas (UTD) and worked as a RF Telecommunications engineer at Nokia and Aircom International before joining Texas Instruments (Dallas, Tx) in 2016. Saminah has held various roles in TI, starting in Digital Marketing followed by the Central Analog Engineering organization where she was the technical product owner for various software engineering tools used for efficient on-time execution of product development. Since 2019, Saminah has been part of TI’s “Demand Creation Team” in the Interface Business unit, where she worked as “applications engineer” delivering high-quality customer support and collateral across the portfolio of new and existing products to drive business success. She then transitioned to “systems engineering” role applying her knowledge and expertise in sub-systems and end-equipment to drive product roadmap, define new products and identify and win business at lead customers.

In 2020, Saminah was elected to Member, Group Technical Staff (MGTS) at Texas Instruments and was recognized for her strong technical contributions, innovations and leadership.

Saminah is passionate about developing long-term talent pipeline for TI and is actively involved in mentoring college students pursuing engineering degrees and inspiring high school students to pursue a STEM career.
