IEEE Systems Council Chapter of the Year Award

This application should be completed by a Chapter Officer.

The application should include:

The nomination form submitter should be a chapter officer, and the chapter activities (meetings and events) noted within this nomination should also be reported officially in IEEE vTools. Then, completing the nomination requires:

• A listing with a description of the chapter’s activities for the year (please prepare a pdf). Additional documentation of how the performance was particularly noteworthy in terms of events, engagement in Systems Council initiatives, publicity, membership, and or governance is welcome.
• Two letters of recommendation from Systems Council Participants. These letters are typically expected to be from the chapter volunteers who are submitting the nomination but may be from any other Systems Council Participants who wish to express their knowledge and support of the chapter.  

PLEASE NOTE: Award recipients may be announced on the IEEE Systems Council website, newsletter, and relevant social media sites.
