Robert Klar (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in transportation and geoinformation technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden, in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Science and Technology, Linköping University (LiU), Norrköping, Sweden, and is also employed as a Research Assistant at the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute (VTI), Linköping. His research interests include digital twins with respect to ports and the application of machine learning and optimization towards efficient and sustainable port operations.
