Michele Nogueira IEEE Region: 9 (Latin America) Email Biography Michele Nogueira is a Computer Scientist working on Network Security, Resilience, Wireless Networks. She is an Associate Professor of the Computer Science Department at Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil. She received her doctorate in Computer Science from the Sorbonne Université, LIP6, France. She was a Visiting Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, USA (2016-2017) and a Visiting Researcher at Georgia Institute Technology (2009). She serves as chair of the Internet Technical Committee of IEEE ComSoc and as associate editor for IEEE Surveys and Tutorials. She is an ACM and IEEE Senior Member.
