Yang Li is an internationally recognized scholar in AI-enabled resilience of cyber-physical energy systems, a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher (2024; 2025 selection confirmed) and recipient of the IEEE PES Outstanding Engineer Award (2025). He serves as Associate Editor for multiple IEEE Transactions (including TSG, TSTE, TII, and TIA) and Section Chief Editor for Energy Reports (Elsevier). He is also the Founding Chair (under formation) of the IEEE PES Task Force on AI-Enabled Resilience of CPES, promoting global collaboration between academia and industry.
