Kerala Section Chapter Hosts Distinguished Talk on Global Entrepreneurship
On May 18, 2026, the IEEE Kerala Section Systems Council Chapter, in collaboration with LEAD Business Incubator and the IEEE Student Branch at LEAD College, hosted a distinguished state-level talk titled “Global Entrepreneurship from IEEE Systems Council’s Perspective.”
The event featured Dr. Andy Chen, President of the IEEE Systems Council, Angel Investor, and President & CEO of Catronic Enterprise, as the distinguished speaker. Through the initiative of the IEEE Systems Council Kerala Chapter, students, researchers, and professionals had the opportunity to engage with global perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and systems thinking.
Drawing from his extensive experience in both industry and IEEE leadership, Dr. Chen discussed emerging opportunities within the global technology and business ecosystem, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking in addressing complex challenges. He also highlighted how the IEEE Systems Council supports innovation and technology commercialization by connecting academia, industry, and startup communities worldwide.
