IEEE Systems Council Fall AdCom & Officers Meeting Held in Singapore

The IEEE Systems Council held its Fall Administrative Committee (AdCom) and Officers Meeting on 7–8 November 2025 in Singapore, in conjunction with RASSE 2025. The gathering brought together Council leadership and volunteers for two days of productive discussion, planning, and governance updates.

The Systems Council was honored to welcome two special IEEE guests:

● Mary Ellen Randall, IEEE President-Elect

● Dalma Novak, IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB) Vice President

Their participation provided valuable perspectives on IEEE-wide priorities, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for collaboration across societies and councils.

During the meeting, the AdCom:

● Confirmed newly elected officers (to be formally announced soon), supporting the continued growth and leadership of the Council.

● Approved important Constitution and Bylaws updates, ensuring that the Council’s governance framework remains aligned with its mission, operations, and evolving technical community.
