The Systems Council Distinguished Lecturer (DL) Program is seeking its next cohort of subject-matter experts and scholars. If you are passionate about promoting systems engineering and inspiring IEEE chapters, universities, and industry leaders worldwide, we want to hear from you.

2027 - 2029 Application Timeline

• 1 June 2026: Applications Open
• 15 July 2026: Applications Close
• 1 September 2026: Committee Review and Recommendations Deadline
• 24-25 September 2026: Fall AdCom Approval of Recommended Candidates
• Early October 2026: Accepted DL Notifications
