Phil Barry is the Chief Technologist for KBRs Missile Defense and Aerospace Systems. He has over thirty years of experience in systems engineering and program management focused on focused on helping federal and commercial organizations transform and achieve mission focused success. He has worked with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Treasury, Justice, and Commerce, the Social Security Administration, State and Federal Government agencies, and the Australian Government. Phil is also an Adjunct Professor in the Systems Engineering and Operations Research Department at George Mason University where he has taught courses in Project Management, Decision Theory, Heterogeneous Data Fusion and Experimental Design. His current research interests examine the sociotechnical aspects of systems engineering and the impact of artificial intelligence. He has a Ph.D. in Information Technology, a MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Aerospace Engineering.
