Mariana Amorim Fraga obtained her MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil) and her PhD in Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA, Brazil). She is currently a Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computing Program at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Her research focuses on materials science, microelectronics, and engineering, particularly the synthesis and characterization of semiconductors and nanomaterials for sensors, electronic devices, and energy technologies.
