Krish Dhankar is a master’s student in Aerospace Engineering specialising in Systems Engineering at Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (ISAE-SUPAERO) in Toulouse, France. His academic interests lie at the intersection of aerospace engineering and systems engineering, particularly in understanding how complex aerospace systems are designed, integrated, and evaluated. He is motivated by a desire to apply systems thinking to practical engineering challenges in aviation.

Krish completed his undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering at Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering in Bengaluru, India. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in aerodynamics, propulsion, and flight mechanics while gradually becoming interested in how different engineering disciplines come together within a complete aircraft system. This curiosity led him to explore systems engineering concepts such as system architecture, integration, and multidisciplinary design.

At ISAE-SUPAERO, Krish is continuing to strengthen his technical foundation while gaining exposure to systems engineering approaches used in aerospace projects at the institution. His coursework and academic activities involve analyzing complex engineering problems, learning structured methods for system design, and understanding the challenges associated with integrating multiple technologies within a single platform. He is particularly interested in sustainable aviation concepts, including hydrogen propulsion and electric aircraft systems, where systems engineering plays an important role in balancing performance, safety, and environmental considerations.

Krish values collaborative learning and enjoys working in multidisciplinary environments where ideas from different fields can be brought together to solve engineering problems. Looking ahead, Krish hopes to further develop his understanding of systems engineering in aerospace applications and contribute to projects focused on the development of more efficient and sustainable aircraft. He remains eager to learn from experienced engineers and researchers while gradually building the skills needed to work on complex aerospace systems in the future.
