Cihat Kececi received the B.S. (Hons.) and M.S. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2017 and 2020, respectively and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, in 2024. He is currently a Senior System Engineer with Qualcomm, Bridgewater, NJ, USA. His research interests include machine learning, smart grids, and wireless communications.
