COVID-19 Update

The organizing team is closely monitoring the latest development of the COVID-19 and decides that IGESSC 2020 will be a completely “virtual” presentation and participation. All accepted papers for the IGESSC will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library after they are presented at the virtual conference in November. The registration fee for students (not author of papers to be published) is FREE, others will be significantly adjusted.
