Prepare a Review
The IEEE Systems Journal relies on competence and accuracy of reviewers to ensure timeliness and high quality publication of original, innovative contributions in its scope.

Reviewers are requested to assess the manuscript major contribution, the relevance of the topic to ISJ, the manuscript significance and its technical quality, the manuscript originality and its innovation with respect to prior works, the manuscript readability and its organization, the appropriateness of abstract and introduction, the manuscript significance and innovation with respect to previous work, the clearliness of theory and methodology, the clearliness of experiments’ description, evaluation, and comparison with approaches available in the literature, the appropriateness of figures and tables, and the quality of appropriate, up-to-date, and comprehensive references.

Reviewers are also requested to provide detailed comments and suggestions to improve the quality of the manuscript.

Confidential comments to the Editor are also welcome to better clarify the value of the manuscript.

Manuscript must be exclusively submitted to this journal, must not have been published before, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Significantly extended and expanded versions of papers published in conference proceedings can be submitted, providing also a detailed description of the additions.
