ISJ seeks submissions of papers in the 2008 IEEE International Systems Conference or special issues relevant to the scope of the journal. ISJ's scope is to provide a systems-level focused forum for application-oriented manuscripts that address complex systems and system-of-systems of national and global significance. It is intended to encourage and facilitate cooperation and interaction among the 15 IEEE societies of the Systems Council and other professional societies, with systems-level and systems engineering interest.
